Hotel La Posada Regia - Leon

The historical charm of La Posada Regia shines with its 14th-century authenticity. My room, although compact, had beautiful antique furniture and clean, comfortable bedding. I particularly loved the quaint balcony views. The location offered easy access to local shops and the fine Leon Cathedral. I enjoyed how the local bars provided tapas gratis with drinks. Unfortunately, the noise from the bustling streets was noticeable at night, affecting sleep quality. The thin walls made it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms, somewhat disruptive. Despite these issues, the cute staff was great. They were consistently helpful, providing good recommendations and assistance with any inquiries.

Really great stay, as always. Unusual place, fairly clean, great value. Spotless room with 2 beds, excellant service. Generous and marvellous breakfast selection with very good coffee and proper orange juice, for example. Quick check-in, parking nearby...

Noise disturbances from adjacent nightlife can disrupt sleep!!! Thin walls and poor sound insulation exacerbate issues!!! Communication about check-in processes could use clarity!!! An overall dated feel in some areas needs attention!!!

After visiting leon before, this budget stay was great with its charming atmosphere and proximity to the cathedral. Check-in was smooth, and the helpful staff made everything easier.

The experience was nice, especially after a long walk along the Camino, as the large bathroom with a big bathtub was a fantastic treat. The historic ambiance of the building, located conveniently close to prominent attractions like the stunning Santa Maria de Leon Cathedral and the Palace of the Count Luna, which enhanced our strolls around the old town. The noise from the streets was noticeable at night, but it didn't overshadow the enjoyable stay overall.

First off, we really enjoyed the classic vibe of the building,, it was like a true escape from reality. The staff were like family,, always helpful and polite.

The staff were super friendly and even helped with local recommendations. I really appreciated the clean, spacious room, and the bathroom was nice too. Plus, the breakfast place nearby was delish, but I was hoping for more variety. It can get kinda noisy at night, but didn't ruin my stay at all.
